Because purchasers receive access to digital content following purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Purchase of a course does not transfer copyright or ownership of the course materials to the purchaser.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Prices are displayed before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided through Thinkific or other third-party payment providers. Their applicable terms and privacy practices may also apply to transactions processed through their services.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, use course materials unlawfully, or violate the intellectual-property or other rights of Buddhi Mana Alchemy or another person.
